- If you are planning a Spring 2013 CE/T defense, the Notification of Intent to Defend form is due no later than Friday, February 1, 2013.
- The form can be downloaded at http://www.wku.edu/honors/forms/cet-intent-to-defend.php. Please make sure you acquire the following signatures before submitting the form: First Advisor and Department Head.
