Wade obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from the University of North Alabama and his Master of Science in Wellness and Fitness from Middle Tennessee State University. He spent the past seventeen years planning, implementing, coordinating and managing several health and safety programs and initiatives at a large automotive manufacturer in middle Tennessee. During the past five years, Wade was responsible for managing the wellness, mental health & substance abuse and fitness center management services covering over 18,000 members across the United States. He holds certifications as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant (CWWPC).
