WKU Health Services has received a third shipment of the H1N1 injectable vaccine. We are currently out of the injectable form of the H1N1 vaccine .

To find out which H1N1 vaccine you need, please read and answer all questions on the WKUHS Screening Form. To expedite your visit, please have the form completed prior to your arrival.

We will be receiving additional vaccine as it becomes available and will be able to offer the vaccine to additional target groups.
