Flu Shots
HEALTH SERVICES IS CURRENTLY OUT OF THE SEASONAL FLU VACCINE
At this time, we are unaware of any local facility that has the seasonal flu vaccine.
Insurance/payment information: The flu vaccine is covered fully by WKU's Anthem plan and you will not be charged a co-pay. We can also bill most other insurance plans as needed. If you are bringing a friend, your spouse, or dependent(s), please bring an I.D. and your insurance card if you want us to bill it to insurance. If you have insurance other than Anthem, we can bill your insurance company, but we cannot guarantee it will be covered.
Retirees: We do not participate with Medicare and are unable to bill them directly. You can pay cash if you choose.
Payment Methods: If you are not filing insurance, you can pay with cash, big red dollars, check or with a credit card. If you have any questions, please feel free to call 745-2280 or 745-5034.
Special: Non-insured patients are eligible for a cash payment prompt pay discount. The payment must be collected during the time of the visit.
