An individualized one time introduction to weight training equipment and how to set up a personal strength-building/toning program. Clients receive a workout program, based on their individual fitness level. In addition to a written program, clients will automatically be added to the Health & Fitness Lab database, which they can access in the weight-room and receive copies of their program including detailed descriptions of exercises, updates and diagrams. With this software you may also enter personal information, and ask questions using the computer.
