Massage Testimonials

This treatment has been extremely helpful and quite eye-opening as to its benefits on my overall health and flexibility. Mark did an excellent job of explaining the treatment and taking time to figure out how best to address my issues. In just two sessions, the results are remarkable regarding the relief from pain and tightness in my legs and back. Combined with Mark's advice on home activities, this has changed my belief in regards to actually being able to achieve a fuller range of motion and in how myofascial release treatment can help—it really works! I very much look forward to continuing the treatment to work toward overall better health. Thanks!

I began seeing Mark for massage almost one year ago. In that short span of time this expertise has nearly doubled, and he was wonderful to begin with! As both a licensed massage therapist and professional dancer, I speak with respect and confidence when I say that Mark is one the finest therapists that I have encountered. His passion for the profession is phenomenal and his quest for knowledge is untiring. His immersion into Myofascial Release is a welcome addition to his skill set. It is this technique that I believe is the root of therapeutic massage, and I have seldom felt it performed with such skill and focused attention. Each time he works on me, he has gained deeper understanding of the internal workings of the body and the energetic component that coincides with them. I make a living with my body and mark is the best preventative care that I can give it.

Relief, that's what I felt for the first time in six years.  Due to a series of minor injuries I had developed low back pain that ached all day long.  Not wanting to go the traditional routine of daily pain medication, I learned to live with my pain. Only a few people knew that behind the smile and positive attitude, I had been suffering for years. Until that day.

I began a journey when I started massage school and it came down to this.  No more back pain.  Finally!  I had volunteered in Deep Tissue class so my instructor could demonstrate low back and pelvis techniques on me and I was pain free.  It should go without saying that I was overwhelmingly grateful to my teacher the next day in class.

Since finding my own relief, I am dedicated to offering you the fastest and most effective ways to release your pain. When you choose to work with me, you'll find an active ear to listen to your specific problems in order to better understand how to help you through your own personal journey.  I continually pursue the best methods and applications of Massage Therapy in order to deliver on that commitment.  Expect more life and less pain.

Live the life you love again.
