Reflexology:
Reflexology involves the controlled application of pressure on specific points of the feet and hands in order to provide stimulation which will enhance the energy and vitality to the associated organs and systems of the body. This system is a stimulation of the neural pathways from a reflex point in the foot or hand. Through the central nervous system and out through motor neurons to a muscle or gland which receives the impulse. This pathway is called a reflex arc. Reflexology removes waste deposits from the feet or hands, removes congestion and blockages from energy pathways, balances the polarity of the body, improves circulation, normalizes organ and gland function and relaxes the whole system.
