Individual Personal Training:

Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Buddy Personal Training:

“Buddy” Training is a group personal training in a semi-private setting (usually 2-3 clients). Buddy Personal Training provides the highest level of group training interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with each member of the group to meet individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Meet our Trainers:

Jack is originally from Fort Myers, Florida; but he has made Bowling Green his home. He has a Bachelors of Design, and is on hisway to completing his second Bachelors in Exercise Science. Once graduating from WKU, he plans to pursue obtaining a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. The inspiration to Jack's passion for fitness and training, came from an ATV accident in his mid-teens; he suffered a fractured C-1 vertebra, amnesia and sustained other injuries. By going through physical therapy, Jack gained a knowledge and passion for fitness that inspired a life change. Jack's daily goal is to make a difference. He says, " seeing clients take hold of the vision to change their own life is one of the most rewarding experiences I've taken part in". Jack is very goal driven and encourages clients to hit their goals, yet keeping expectations based on a program designed to achieve maximum results.
