How does the Personal Training Program Work?

Services will include a comprehensive fitness evaluation of muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, body composition, resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, sub-maximal cardiovascular fitness, height and weight.

Your trainer can provide you with the confidence and knowledge you need to achieve your fitness goals! All trainers hold a national certification in personal training supported by an educational background in health and fitness in addition to having experience.
