A comprehensive individualized introduction to weight training and or exercise. The first session will consist of a consultation and exercise prescription designed to meet your individual goals. The following 2 sessions, will involve detailed supervision/instruction through your workout. This service is an extension of the Weight Training Orientation service, adding more sessions of instruction to ensure comprehension of your prescribed fitness program, and to ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed.
