60 Minutes

60 Minutes is a 3 week group training program for students, faculty, staff, and community members who are committed to improving or challenging their current fitness levels. 60 Minutes will have you working out in the Preston Center dance studio, basketball courts, & track. Workouts will consist of interval training, resistance training, cardiovascular work, and flexibility training.

Program Information:

May 13th-May 31st

Monday,  Wednesday, & Friday mornings from 6:10am-7:00am

Cost: Students-$ 30   Faculty/Staff-$ 35 Community Members-$ 40

Registration starts April 29th and ends May 10th, 2013
