From July 8 to 12, 2013, Hardin Planetarium is hosting a 5 half-days Science Curiosity Investigation camp open to any student in grades 3-6. From 8 am to noon, participants will engage in fun, interactive investigations to stimulate curiosity and encourage cooperative discovery and problem solving. The theme for this camp will be "Alien Hunters."

Anticipated camp projects, adventures and investigations may include such topics as:

• It Is All In The Stars
• Space Is An Appropriate Name
• What Could Aliens Look Like,
• Life In Extreme Environments
• Timeline For Life On Earth,
• How To Recognize Life
• Finding Another World With Alien Life,
• Exoplanets In A Habitable Zone
• E.T. Phone Home,
• Visiting Alien Worlds,
• Being Visited By Aliens

 This camp runs for one week only!  July 8-12, 2013,

 Monday - Friday, 8 am to 12 noon daily.

•  Snack will be provided mid-morning, daily.
•  For young people grades 3 through 6.
•  $120 per child for the full week. All materials fees and other costs  included. Payment must be made in full by June 28th. Late registration after June 28th, 2013 will cost $150.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelling by June 14th. $70 refund if cancelled after June 14th and up to June 28th. No refund after June 28th.

We can only accept a limited number of campers.  Students wishing to attend should be registered early.
