Signup for Math Assessments

Please use the following page to register for a retake of a Math116/116E exam.

To sign up for a retake, fill out and submit the form below. If you have problems registering, please be sure to contact your instructor. S. Britt (659-6941), L. Fitzpatrick (659-6940) or L. Wells (659-6947). Specify the date and time that you would like to retake the exam. Please record your testing date, time and room number. You will receive an email confirmation for your registration. If a change is made to the testing schedule, you will be notified. If you need to cancel a registration, please email your name, ID Number, and the date you wish to cancel to glasgowmath@wku.edu.
