This will be a short week for students at WKU-Glasgow. Classes will meet Monday and Tuesday. The campus will then be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for the holiday. Biology 131 lab courses will not meet at all.

A reminder for high schools students interested in Dual Credit courses for the Spring. WKU-Glasgow is hosting two registration sessions for Dual Credit students. Returning students can register on Saturday, December 5th. New students can register on Monday, December 7th. Dual Credit students who plan to take courses on campus at WKU-Glasgow should visit our web site, www.wku.edu/glasgow and click the Dual Credit link for all of the information and forms, and to sign up for a registration session.

Space is still available in two of our Winter Term courses scheduled on campus. If you would like to take Theatre Appreciation with Robert Brock or ECON 414, register on TopNet today.

Spring registration for all students is also in progress. If you haven’t already done so, schedule your advising appointment today.

Coming January 2010 - A new refund service for WKU students

Western Kentucky University has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education to bring a new method for receiving your refunds to all WKU students, the WKU Debit Card. The cards will be mailed in mid-November to your local address. Please do not throw away this important card since it will be the ONLY way to receive your WKU refund/residual beginning in January. Within 2 days of receiving the card you will need to activate your refund preference at WKUDebitCard.com . Even if you do not expect a refund now, you may have a refund in the future - so please activate your preference to avoid delays.
