At The Center, we are passionate about providing services and support for gifted learners, their families, and their educators. If you are a student, teacher, parent, administrator, advocate – The Center has resources for all friends of gifted learners.
The Challenge
, our award-winning magazine, provides insight into gifted education with articles focused on gifted theory, our programming, and the impact gifted education can have on our communities, our nation and even our world.
The Kentucky Association for Gifted Education, KAGE
, and other state organizations are some of the best friends of gifted learners. Please join your state association and become an advocate for gifted learners and gifted education in your area. Members of KAGE receive a quarterly newsletter filled with information about opportunities, advocacy, parenting, and teaching young people who are gifted and talented. Members also receive reduced rates for workshops and conferences.
The National Association for Gifted Children,
NAGC
, has a parent associate membership that allows parents to receive ‘Parenting for High Potential’ magazine for $25. Members receive four issues a year and have the opportunity to be a part of an international network of parents and professionals working to promote gifted education.
