Pete the Cat Night

Friday, March 27, 2015, at 6 p.m.

Barnes and Noble, 1680 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green

Four stations will give children the opportunity to not only read "Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons," but to make music, decorate snacks, and explore the science of sound.  All families will gather together at the end of the event and will be given a bag with a copy of Pete The Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons, parent info on dialogic reading and/or featured activities, a thumb drive with Little Learner Videos, and additional Pete the Cat materials from the publisher.  Barnes and Noble will be holding a book fair during this event where a portion of the proceeds will come back to The Center for Gifted Studies. The planned activities are targeted toward children aged 3 - 6; however, the events are open to any child that is interested in attending. The event is free, but tickets must be picked up in advance at Barnes and Noble, the Warren County Public Library Main Branch, or the Warren County Public Library Bob Kirby Branch. A limited number of tickets are available.
