Advisory Board Print this page

The WKU Center for Professional Selling Advisory board was formed in the Fall of 2008 and will meet annually in the fall semester.  This board is designed, as expected, to "advise" our Sales program on course curriculum initiatives, internship/employment opportunities for our students, and strategies for our Center.  Our board members were selected specifically to represent multiple industries, ranging from Industrial sales to clothing sales to financial sales.  In addition, we purposely selected representatives holding a wide range of positions within their respective firms, ranging from firm Presidents to field sales personnel.  Finally, we have selected 2 representatives from our Sales Minor (our newest degree offering) and MBA program (with sales experience).

In sum, our board members include:

  • Keith Springs, President, HeathCoLLC
  • Tim Brown, Regional Sales Manager, the Tom James Company
  • Kyle Summers, Territory Manager, Marathon Petroleum
  • Ken Wilson, Regional Manager, Kentucky Farm Bureau
  • Tim Sinks, President, Capital Financial Planning LLC
  • Brian Wilke, Regional Sales Manager, Standard Register
  • Mac Jefferson, Financial Planner CFA, Hilliard Lyons

  • Leann Crowe, MBA Student
  • Christie Kelley, Sales Minor
