The Gordon Ford College of Business held its 11th Annual Awards Banquet on Friday, April 25, 2008 to honor students, alumni, faculty and staff.
04/23/08 - Two WKU Students Compete in State Business Plan Competition
Ron Rizzo with Governor's Innovation AwardThe Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development conducted a business plan competition, “Idea State U,” on April 19 in Louisville to find the best young entrepreneurs in the state. Two students, Frankfort senior Michael Beauchamp, and Ron Rizzo, a Houston native who move to Bowling Green in the late 1980s, represented WKU in the competition.
04/21/08 - WKU SIFE Wins 2008 Regional Competition
WKU SIFE team wins regional championship for fourth consecutive year.
04/02/08 - 11th Street School Takes New Approach with WKU SIFE
The 11th Street School has taken a new approach to alternative school programming by working with WKU's Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team. The goal of SIFE is to provide members of our community with educational programs and events which further knowledge and understanding, as well as to encourage excellence and personal success of all individuals.
