CONTENT:  Special Topics in GIS involves directed research of a selected problem under the supervision of a faculty member.   May be taken for  3 hours and repeated once for a total of 6 hours of credit. Prerequisites are a "C" or better in GEOG 417 and GEOG 419 or the instructor's permission.
