GEOG 443 Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Databases
CONTENT: An introduction to the concepts and principles of GIS database planning, design, implementation, and administration.
Focuses on state-of-the-art GIS database software and spatial database engine software used in conjunction with relational database management systems (course fee required).
Prerequisite: CS 230 and Geography 417, or instructor's permission. 3 hours.
