GEOG 412 -- TECHNICAL WRITING FOR THE GEOSCIENCES
CONTENT: A three-week summer workshop that focuses on
technical writing for the geosciences (geography and geology). The course includes a review of various
writing techniques, research strategies, writing mechanics, writing applications, and how to prepare a paper
for publication. Course prerequisite: English 100 or 300.
