GEOG 434  Historic Preservation Planning

CONTENT:  This course provides an overview of historic preservation methods and practice.  The course includes an overview of the historic preservation movement in the United States and an examination of preservation law and methodology.  A field research project is required.  Prerequisite:  None.   3 hours.

OFFERED:  Approximately every three years. Last offered in Spring 2003 jointly with the Folk Studies program.
