BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN GEOGRAPHY

GEOGRAPHY MINOR

For the Geography minor, a minimum of 21 semester hours are required, with at least 12 semester hours at the 300 and 400 level. For major requirements in this track, refer back to the Geography and Geology homepage. Students have greater flexibility in this track to focus on a suite of courses that prepare the student for employment in a variety of areas. The Department recommends strongly that students take a technique course at the end of the sophomore or beginning of the junior year.
