GEOG 571  Quality of Life, Environmental Problems, and Ecological Solutions

CONTENT:  This course is a seminar approach to developing critical ecological sensitivity through an analysis of past and present environmental problems, implemented and alternative solutions.  Prerequisite:  Graduate Student standing.  None.   3 hours.

Purpose: The course focuses on ecological processes affecting different geographical environments with respect to corrective human resource management.

Prerequisites: GEOG 100

Text: Cutter and Renwicks. Exploitation, Conservation and Preservation

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all class meetings, unless absence is legitimately excused.
