GEOL 270  Analytical Techniques in Geology

CONTENT:  Basic analytical techniques used top examine and analyze Earth materials. Topics include precision and accuracy, sample preparation, contamination, calibration techniques, analysis of data sets. Lab fee required. 3 hours. Prerequisites:  GEOL 111 AND 112, or permission of instructor.
