GEOG 487 Environmental Law
CONTENT: This course offers an
introduction to the major environmental legislation for air, water, toxic
and hazardous pollutants, and to related legislative, administrative, and
judicial developments in the discipline. Prerequisite:
Senior level standing. 3 hours.
