I hold a BFA in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design with a minor in Architectural History.
I am an AmeriCorps alumni, having served two years through the Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky's Build Corps program.
While pursuing my BFA in Historic Preservation, I was fortunate to have wonderful architectural history teachers who spent a great deal of time emphasizing the cultures and events that created and informed the architecture we were studying in class. I began to find myself more interested in the people and stories behind the architecture.
I was raised in Piqua, Ohio, a small city near Dayton, Ohio. Fun Fact I spent a semester abroad in Lacoste, France, a very small village in Provence that was once home to the infamous Marquis de Sade.
