Annual AFS Alumni Dinner

Annually faculty and WKU alumni gather for a dinner at the American Folklore Society meeting. It's a great time to catch up with friends and meet grads from other years. In 2006, we had a great Thai meal in Milwaukee. At the 2007 meeting in Quebec, we enjoyed wonderful French food and in 2008 we had our biggest gathering yet, at the Bluegrass Brewing Company in Louisville. In 2009 we had an intimate meal in Boise, Idaho, and, in 2010, AFS again met close to home and we had a good turnout for dinner at the Loveless Cafe and Motel in Nashville.  In 2011, AFS was again in driving distance and we had a good number of alumni attend dinner in Bloomington, IN.
