Funding Your Study Abroad
There are many ways you can defray the costs of international study! Let everyone in your family know your intentions and request monetary gifts towards your trip instead of material gifts. You can have bake sales, ask local organizations, have your own fundraiser, yard sale, clean houses, mow yards.
Another way you can lower your out of pocket expenditures is to apply for a variety of scholarships. Here is a list of a few, but you can also use your search engines to find many more! Just remember, applying for scholarships should not cost you money, so beware of some sites and read everything!
Use the budget calculation form to estimate your total costs.
