This application is required for all students who are taking a Winter Term class and wish to be considered for Pell Grant and/or Stafford loan.

1. Students must be admitted to a degree-seeking program.
2. Students must be in compliance with the standards of WKU's Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy.
3. Students must be enrolled in 3 credit hours.
4. Students must have a completed FAFSA on file. Transfer students must have WKU added to their FAFSA.

I will be enrolled for hours at WKU/Bowling Green CC during the Winter Term.
I plan to enroll in credit hours for the Spring semester.
I   a graduate student.  If you are a graduate student you must provide our office with a copy of your acceptance letter from the Graduate College.  Please contact the Grad office at 745-2446 if you have quesitons about your letter of acceptance.

I interested in borrowing a Stafford loan in addition to any grant aid I may be awarded.  You will be awarded the maximum in loan aid.  To reduce the loan awarded you must contact our office.

I am am not participating in a study abroad program for the Winter term.
