File your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov WKU's Title IV school code is 002002.

If you did not attend during the fall semester but you plan to attend during the spring semester, please file a 08-09 www.fafsa.ed.gov and submit the Spring Application for financial aid.

Our office will begin awarding students for the winter term on November 3rd. Check your TOPNET account to view your awards.

Each Friday, students who have applied for financial aid for winter term will be notified by email of their status.

If you are on an approved appeal or probationary status for the fall term, you will not be awarded for winter term until your fall grades have posted and are reviewed.

Please remember to check your WKU email often as this account will be used for correspondence from our office.

Classes will not be in session on November 26th, 27th, and 28th for observance of Thanksgiving. The offices on campus will be closed November 27th and 28th.
