To avoid delays in the delivery process, please have the shipper include the following:
Your Name -- Department -- WKU -- Address
It is our duty to pick-up packages for shipment off-campus. For urgent matters, please call ahead of time to allow our staff ample time to retrieve the package.
UPS - before 3:30 p.m.
Federal Express - have at the Shipping Office by 2:00 p.m.
RPS - 11:00 a.m.
When shipping item(s) off-campus:
1. Prepare the package for shipment by putting it in a box and labeling it with a "Ship To" and "Return" address.
2. Fill out the online request Pick-Up Form, and we will be notified automatically via email to retrieve the package.
3. Should you fail to fill out the on-line Pick-Up Request Form, you are required to fill out a hard copy manually.
Upon receiving a package that does not belong in your area, please call to have it returned.
Packages are opened in the event that the "Ship To" address is insufficient.
If incorrect deliveries continue to be made to your area due to the relocation of faculty or staff, please tell the delivery person. The appropriate changes will be made to avoid any further inconveniences.
