Professional Background:

 

Dr. Scott Arnett received a B.S.Ed. in Exercise Science/Wellness (1999) from Georgia Southwestern State University, a M.Ed. in Exercise Science (2002) from the University of Georgia (UGA), and a Ph.D. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Biomechanics from UGA (2007). While working on his Master’s and Ph.D., Dr. Arnett worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant/Research Assistant at UGA. He also has worked as a strength and conditioning coach and/or personal trainer, periodically, since 1997. Beginning in 2007, Dr. Arnett has taught undergraduate and graduate courses for Western Kentucky University’s Exercise Science program.
