About Western Kentucky University

WKU logoWKU, home of Big Red, is centrally located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, about halfway between Nashville TN and Louisville KY. Bowling Green is currently the fourth–largest city in Kentucky and is home to the corvette and the corporate headquarters for Fruit of the Loom and Camping World.

Our university has regional campuses in Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Fort Knox, Glasgow, and Owensboro, Kentucky. We offer bachelor degrees in many areas as well as graduate degrees at the master’s and doctoral level. Classes are offered face–to–face and online with multiple course start dates and times to help you find the college program that will meet your needs. WKU also offers Independent Learning courses that allow you to work at your own pace anytime, anywhere.
