WKU Higher One Debit Card

Coming January 2010 - A new refund service for WKU students

Western Kentucky University has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to bring a new method for receiving refunds to all WKU students, the WKU Debit Card. The cards will be mailed in mid-November to each student’s local address.

Students should be careful not to throw away this important card since it will be the only way to receive WKU refunds and residuals beginning in January. Within 2 days of receiving the card, students will need to activate their refund preference at www.WKUDebitCard.com.

Even if a students does not expect a refund now, he/she may have a refund in the future - so please activate your preference to avoid delays.
