Silent Auction

Each year, at the annual conference of the Association for Distance Learning and Independent Study (ADEIL), attendees participate in a silent auction. Proceeds are usually given to a charitable cause.

Attendees are encouraged to bring with them (or ship ahead) items that represent their region, institution, or culture. Popular items include promotional items with school logos, local food and/or drink, books by local authors, art and craftwork, and much more.

Donations should be delivered to the registration table (as soon as possible) on the first morning of the conference. They can also be shipped to the hosting institution, before the conference.

Please ship any items for the silent auction to the following:
ATTN: ADEIL 2013 – Tanja Bibbs
1906 College Heights Blvd. #21084
Bowling Green, KY 42101-1084

Items should be shipped as early as possible so that on-time delivery is certain. Inside the package, please indicate that the items are for the ADEIL Silent Auction, and include descriptions of each item and instructions if they are to be grouped as a “lot.”
