Purpose of the Training
The purpose of the sexual harassment training is to provide an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to learn or refresh their memories on how to handle issues pertaining to the topic. Understanding sexual harassment and how to report an incident will assist in minimizing conflict and discomfort from behavior associated with harassment. At the conclusion of the training, participants will be more knowledgeable about: 1) sexual harassment and it's affects on the accused and victims, 2) legal cases that have created mandates for organizations to strive for harassment free workplaces, and 3) WKU's policies and procedures.
