Hi, my name is Kate Lancaster and I'm a junior at the University of Louisville. I only began learning Spanish about a year and a half ago and I've had so much fun with it that I made it one of my majors.:) Every one of my Spanish teachers up to now has made it a point to stress the importance of travel to a Spanish country for the experience of first-hand contact with the Spanish language. I am well aware that this is the most beneficial way to learn Spanish and a different culture, and I'm not crying over the fact that this also, just so happens to be the most fun way.:) | |
