Sponsored by the AILCFH every year they will be a national and international conference to serve as a forum to present research papers, panel discussions and roundtables as well as to care of other business of the Association, such as: to honor academics with distinguished careers, to offer seminars on gender and the profession, to hold book presentations and to allow for discussion at the General Assembly.
