AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

 Dr. Brown's areas of interest are microeconomics, financial theory and investment valuations.  His main area of current research involves the management of the process of decentralization of federal programs to the state and local level.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

 Dr. Brown served for many years in academic administration and formerly was the Dean of Western Kentucky University's College of Business Administration.   He is active in the Kentucky Economic Association.  As an expert witness, he advises on issues of valuation.
