The baccalaureate degree curriculum at Western Kentucky University is designed to prepare dental hygienists with a background for teaching, organization and management, research, or clinical dental hygiene.
In an effort to improve the quality of dental hygiene practices, WKU is exploring the possibility of offering a dental hygiene baccalaureate degree through distance learning. This program would make it possible for practicing dental hygienists to continue their education with less disruption to their personal and professional life.
This survey is to judge the potential interest to a distance learning dental hygiene baccalaureate degree. Please answer all of the questions honestly. Your answers are entirely anonymous and participation in this survey does not obligate you to taking any courses at Western Kentucky University.
At the end of the survey, you will be given the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of three $50 Wal-Mart gift cards. To enter, you will be asked to provide your email address. Your answers on the survey are kept separate from your entry and are not connected to your chances of winning. Deadline for the drawing is Friday, March 10 at 4 p.m.
