The SHRM Learning System is a preparation course for the PHR or SPHR professional designation examination. The Essentials of Human Resource Management (EHRM) course is designed to enhance the knowledge of human resource functions for new human resource professionals or professionals who are taking on more responsibilities within the human resource field.
