Session Format:
6 Hours Total (Two 3-Hour Sessions)
Introduction
This session is primarily for companies that decide to implement a Total Quality Management program either as a pilot project or on a more comprehensive basis. The concepts explained and demonstrated in this session will be customized to the company.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) a step-by-step approach to implementing a TQM program, (2) the attitudinal and procedural changes that will be necessary in order to make TQM work, and (3) how to evaluate TQM on both an ongoing as well as a long-term basis.
