Courses for Management & Supervisory Training:
6 Hours Total (Two 3-Hour Sessions)
This training session is designed to assist employees involved in the decision-making process. Areas such as inventory control, production integration, quality, and optimization of process operations will be discussed. Assessment, analysis, and anticipated consequences of decision making are emphasized.
The participant will learn: (1) to correctly assess changing situations that confront them in a modern business and industrial environment, (2) to make decisions tailored to correct analytical assessments, and (3) to identify risk and potential problem identification.
