Effective Team Meetings
Session Format:
One 3-Hour Session
Introduction
Many workers dislike too many meetings because they don’t know how to participate in a meeting. This workshop will help employees who will be taking part in team meetings become aware of how to participate successfully in team meetings.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) the purposes of meetings, (2) how to conduct business with a variety of team members, (3) how to accomplish business in a meeting and build support for other sessions, and (4) how to succeed as participants in meetings.
