Introduction
Delegating in business typically involves a supervisor appointing or assigning an employee to a task. This training session on effective delegating is designed for managers and supervisors who want to expand their potential and productivity and help their employees grow and develop.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) how to create a positive climate for delegation, (2) how to reduce barriers for both the delegates and the delegatee, and (3) what to delegate and what not to delegate.
