One 4-Hour Session
Introduction
A certainty in American business is corporate and cultural change. Planning and implementing change has always been a primary job for managers and supervisors. This training session examines change as it affects goals and objectives of the organization and identifies strategies for helping others deal with change.
Objectives
The participant will understand: (1) current situations of organizational change in the workplace, (2) basics of change, (3) how to handle change in the workplace, and (4) how to help other team members handle change in an effective manner.
