Introduction
Stress management is a vital skill for all employees due to the demands of work and life in general. This workshop will provide some useful coping techniques for members of the organization.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) that people experience stress in different ways, (2) how to inventory stress levels at the workplace, (3) effective stress reduction techniques for responding to daily concerns, and (4) to develop a stress management plan.
