Selling in today’s economy is a challenging profession. How do you increase your sales effectiveness? What techniques should be used to approach customers? This course provides a solid foundation for the fundamentals of selling.
Objectives
The participant will learn to: (1) learn and apply a results-oriented, consultative system of selling, (2) understand and meet specific customer needs with products and services, (3) sharpen communication skills to present concepts, identify sales opportunities, and overcome objections, and (4) learn to close the sale effectively with the results you intended.
