Introduction
In today’s organizations, people are often called upon to make oral presentations. This training session develops skills necessary for preparing an effective presentation since detailed preparation is the key to communicating your message.
Objectives
The participant will learn to: (1) incorporate the four “musts” for a presentation high in audience appeal (2) complete an “Audience Profile” that gives you necessary information and insights to tailor your message to the audience, (3) define the objective of your presentation to keep your efforts on target , (4) keep the interest and the attention of an audience with a well-paced presentation that meets the demands of today’s listener and, (5) select the most suitable forms of audiovisual support and develop well-designed audiovisual aids for optimum impact.
